Hello, my name is Jay Gagnon. I’ve spent the past 5 years grooming animals in a family-owned business, where I’ve gained valuable experience in both the technical skills of grooming and the softer aspects of animal care. Over the years, I’ve become proficient with scissors and grooming tools, but what truly sets me apart is my genuine compassion for the animals I work with. I believe in creating a calm and positive environment for each pet, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable during their grooming sessions. My approach is always gentle, understanding that each animal has its own temperament and needs. I’m dedicated not just to grooming, but to enhancing the well-being of every pet I handle, building trust with them and their owners alike. I look forward to working with you and your pets, ensuring they leave feeling their best.

The Grooming Den was created with one simple goal: to provide a calm, personalized grooming experience where every pet is treated like family. Unlike busy, high-volume salons, we schedule appointments one-on-one whenever possible, creating a quieter, less stressful environment where dogs and cats can feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed throughout their visit. Whether your pet is a playful puppy, a nervous senior, or simply deserves a little extra patience, we take the time to get to know every personality and tailor each groom to their individual needs.
